I was just thinking, the teen pregnancy issue seems to ignore 'girls of color.' And I'm wondering why, I know you didn't mean to do it that way but that the number of ads and pictures failed to represent girls of color which is sad because they have the same problem.
Did this issue all of a sudden become a white issue?

I don't think it's really about squashing sexuality. The big issue is that immature kids are taking pictures of themselves in various states of undress and texting them to friends, who send them into the great cybernetic beyond. Who knows where they could end up?

Also, if my child was engaging in a behavior that could lead to criminal charges, I'd do everything in my power

I agree with you Brook. Knowledge is Power! I was talking with a professor about my research on sex education and from what I was telling her of my findings, she thought that I had a great agrument on the flaws and the morphing of sex-ed into a program that informs rather than neglects the youth.
